How long is the Mentorship Program for?

The Mentorship Program is determined by you and how long it takes for you to purchase your next property.

Do I get my first property through mentorship?

Yes, you will have a hand- held learning platform on how to purchase your first property.

What specific assistance do I get help with in the Mentorship Program?

This program is designed to get you the best property deal, with help and guidance from our team including:

Welcome! We are stoked to be supporting you in your ultimate lifestyle journey! Here’s what you can expect next:

1. Book Your Strategy Session – In the leadup to this session, there will be some documentation for you to complete so we can build your unique Property Portfolio. On the call, our team will present to you various properties and their attributes, so together we can create a Property List Criteria that will be the benchmark for the properties we research and find for you.

2. Finding Deals For You – We will do an initial scope of the market for you and then we will communicate with you where the market is at and how long it will take for us to find the property you are looking for.

3. Deals That Fit Your Property List Criteria – This is where we present you deals that suit the criteria we have built together. We will present to you one deal at a time and you get up to 3 days to analyse the deal. If you chose to go ahead with the deal the offer will be made. Negotiations will begin. Due Diligence started and contracts compiled.

4. Hand-held Support - Throughout this process, you will be advised, assisted and mentored on every step taken. Giving you the confidence to consider more property acquisitions down the track.
