About the Role:
We are expanding and looking for a new Commercial Buyers Agent/Mentor to join our powerhouse team.
A new opportunity has arisen in the team for a Buyers Agent with a commercial property background based in Australia, however we would consider background in property Economics, Valuation or Investment for the right candidate.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will focus on our new and existing client portfolio, sourcing and securing properties in line with mandates.
You will also be required to attend to all the client needs for sign-up from acquisition to settlement of property.
You will also be supported in signing your own clients.
This is a varied role with scope across medium and larger scale assets in QLD SA, NSW & VIC. This includes running development breakdowns to ensure the acquisitions will fit the client’s core criteria
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our network of affiliated agents to source investment and development opportunities
- Attend to clients sign-up requirements from acquisition to settlement
- Maintain client reporting and accountability
- Provide regular updates to clients on acquisition opportunities from sourcing through to exchange
- Occasionally attend commercial auctions
- Conduct preliminary property inspections
- Work with the client’s nominated consultants that have been engaged for the acquisition process to ensure that every element of the purchase has been reviewed end to end
- Bring new clients on board
- Salary basic + Commission + Bonus' structure
- Or straight commision
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Real Estate industry
- Tertiary qualification in Property Economics, Valuation or Business is preferable
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration and/or Certificate IV qualification in Real Estate
- Highly organised, punctual, and well presented
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive with the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheet, Docs) and integrated systems
- Must hold a current Australian Drivers License
